4 Intermittent fasting protocols!

The easiest way to get yourself to eat less calories is by intermittent fasting!

Here are a few protocols you can follow!

Protocol 1 : 12-12

In this protocol, you eat in a 12 hour window while fast for remaining 12 hours.

For eg.

Feeding window: 8am to 8pm

Fasting window: 8pm to 8am

Protocol 2 : 16-8

In this protocol, you eat in a 8 hour window while fast for remaining 16 hours.

For eg.

Feeding window: 10am to 6pm

Fasting window: 6pm to 10am

( I follow this one 4-5 days a week )

Protocol 3 : 20-4 ( Warrior Fast )

In this protocol, you eat in a 4 hour window while fast for remaining 20 hours.

For eg.

Feeding window: 2pm to 6pm

Fasting window: 6pm to 2pm

( I follow this 1-2 days a week )

Protocol 4 : 24 hour Fast

In this protocol, you only have beverages such as water, green tea,black coffee for 24 hours. No food.

( I follow this once in 2 weeks )

( Note: Start with easy protocols, slowly challenge yourself towards protocol 4 )
