I’m Niranjan-a Fitness Trainer & Coach, a husband, an avid traveller, a disciplined foodie, and a Computer Science Engineer.

My transition from Computer Science to Human Science happened when I realised the fitness industry was fundamentally broken for parents.

1. Do I need a lot of space or expensive equipment?

No. You need enough space to lie down on a yoga mat. For Super Fitter, you only need resistance bands and light dumbbells. Super Leaner utilises heavier weights as you progress.

2. I haven't worked out in years. Is this safe?

100%. This is exactly why Live Coaching is superior to YouTube. We watch your form and provide modifications for every exercise. If you are a beginner, start with the Super Fitter track.

3. What if I miss a live class?

If you are in Super Leaner, you can simply hop into a different batch time that suits you that day.

4. Is the meal plan restrictive?
