Niranjan, a Computer Engineer turned Fat-loss Specialist, shares why he decided to shift to this unconventional career:

“I am an empathetic person, and I hate to see people in pain. I enjoy helping people, and I realized this trait early on. I have always wanted to be in good shape, so I’ve been involved in fitness in one way or another. However, I noticed that obese individuals around me experience not only physical pain but also emotional distress in the form of bullying, body shaming, poor self-image, and binge eating disorders. Through my research, I realized that transforming someone from obese to fit is possible—and it’s really quite simple. Yes, it takes discipline, but isn’t that a basic human necessity? I found that the key to lasting fitness and weight loss lies in a systematic and holistic approach to wellness. This insight compelled me to learn from world-class experts on topics such as NLP, Exercise Science, Nutrition Science, Obesity, Weight Management, Women’s Health, Kids’ Nutrition, and more. I then created a holistic program that addresses all aspects of wellness.”
