I began my career as a Computer Engineer, but life had other plans. A growing interest in teaching, a natural sense of empathy, and an accidental exposure to the real scale of obesity and weight-loss struggles pulled me into a field I never expected: fitness and personal training. I saw how deeply people were suffering—not just physically, but emotionally-and I knew I couldn’t ignore it. So I changed my path.

Once inside the industry, I noticed troubles after troubles. The same generic methods were being pushed onto everyone, regardless of age, lifestyle, stress, or responsibilities. The blueprint was always the same: join a gym, pay for membership, hire a trainer, hire a nutritionist-and if you couldn’t manage all that, you were left to figure things out alone. No empathy. No care.

New parents suffered the most. Their lives had changed overnight. Their routines were unpredictable. Their priorities had shifted. Yet the fitness industry still expected them to train as if nothing was different. They didn’t need more pressure. They needed a solution built for their reality.

I saw new parents give everything to their career and family while their health quietly slips until the warning signs appear: rising weight, falling energy, stubborn belly fat, declining strength, and doctors telling them to act before it’s too late.

With no time for gym commutes, no patience for confusion about what to eat, and no desire to risk injury with random online workouts, most parents stay stuck.

I’m Niranjan-a Fitness Trainer & Coach, a husband, an avid traveller, a disciplined foodie, and a Computer Science Engineer.

My transition from Computer Science to Human Science happened when I realised the fitness industry was fundamentally broken for parents.
