From my conversations with more than 10,000 people over last 8 years, I can safely conclude that the biggest problem that stops people from losing fat consistently is not related to some workout or diet.
Actually, it's related to tracking and analysing your results.
Admit it- checking the weight is one of the most dreadful activity in this journey. Most people either do it too often while some don't do it at all.
The real problem is- people consider 'weight' to be the ONLY measure of 'fat-loss. It's not!!
Most people ONLY TRACK weight loss. Not Fat-loss.
'Body Weight' is a highly deceiving measure of fat-loss. Sometimes, you will lose weight even after eating more or not exercising, while sometimes you won't lose weight even after doing everything right. This is why you should not rely on the weighing scale too much.
That's the reason, you should invest 15 mins a week to track the fat-loss metrics that matter- measurements, average weight over week, photos, trying some small sized clothes etc!
Along with that, you should also track your efforts like- exercise minutes per day, exercise intensity, number of healthy meals a day, number of recreational meals, average daily sleep, average daily water intake & consistency streak.
This was all about superior tracking!
I will write in a few days about 'superior analysis' of your results.
