THE REAL 'YOU'

Your 'natural' 'unmonitored' behaviour tells me more about what your 'true' subconscious intentions are - than your words.


Most people who intend to lose weight can't stop eating the same foods/portions that made them overweight.


Why? On a deeper level, they are yet in a secret relationship with these foods/portions.


They have not gotten over the same the toxic relationship that made them overweight.


They intend to. But they have'nt yet.


They might not accept the reality.


But it's the truth.


Afterall, if they don't intend to 'cheat' on your diet, why their actions say otherwise?


I am not saying they are intentionally doing that either.


What I'm saying is this: their un-intentional/subconscious/ unmonitored behaviour is what their brain is currently 'most hooked' to.


They may find it hard to accept. But that's the truth.


Good news is you can change it. It is doable.


I have done it. Many people in this community have done it.


What's the evidence?


The same foods that used to cause uncontrollable hunger / craving earlier- do not have the same effect now.


I still eat them- in controlled portions- or very infrequently.


What's changed?


I have other more beneficial and healthy avenues from which I get my joy or relieve my stress today.


How did I do it?


By going through some tough time. Some monitored time. Some strict and disciplined time. By telling myself 'NO, NOT TODAY" 100 times. By trying something new- to get my brain hooked to something healthy.


If you do this hard work- no fitness goal is impossible.
